Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, clean and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us through Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Refunds

After the return is received and reviewed, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Return shipping

Unless an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the issue is caused by us, contact us before returning the item so the appropriate resolution can be arranged.

Contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos. We will review the information and arrange the appropriate next step.
