Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. Processing time begins after the order is successfully placed.

Shipping methods and delivery

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout when available for the destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather and address errors.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. You can also use the Chat button or customer account to ask about an order.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We can only request a change before the order enters fulfillment; carrier changes are not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes

Taxes, duties and import charges are displayed at checkout when the destination and Shopify market configuration support that calculation. Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for charges required by the destination country.
